These varistors have a wide range of SMD sizes and are all AEC-Q200 compliant. The product family features the VM, VK, VA, VC, VE, VG, and VP series, ideally suited for targeted uses. VM Dual Function Automotive Grade Varistors

KEMET VM Dual Function Automotive Grade Varistors protect against voltage surges in an automotive voltage region and radio frequency noise. VM varistors offer a supply voltage of 12V, 24V, and 42V and a high capacitance range from 0.47µF to 1.5µF, making them ideal for protection in automobile electronic applications. KEMET VM Varistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and feature a -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range.
