iC-DP High-Side Switch

iC-Haus iC-DP High-Side Switch is designed for a wide input voltage range of 4V to 36V and a 200mA minimum output current. This switch offers a P-channel output driver without a charge pump for short activation time. The iC-DP switch is a monolithic high-side switch for ohmic, inductive, and capacitive loads. This switch provides protection against a short-circuit and the chip is activated when the input voltage threshold V(PI)-V(NI) of typically 3.4V is exceeded. The iC-DP switch allows decoupling of input and output reference voltages, permitting control by 5V logic. Typical applications include relays, inductive proximity sensors, and light barriers.
