MIC2810 Digital Power Management ICs

Microchip MIC2810 Digital Power Management ICs feature three output voltages with independent enable control, a 2MHz DC/DC converter, and two 300mA LDOs. The MIC2810 PMICs have a LOWQ mode that reduces the total current draw to less than 30µA. The LOWQ mode supports an output noise of 53µVRMS on the DC/DC converter. This output noise is significantly lower than other converters that use a PFM light load mode. The PFM light load mode can interfere with sensitive RF circuitry.
