GRF2113 Broadband Gain Block Amplifier

Guerrilla RF GRF2113 Broadband Gain Block Amplifier operates across a voltage spectrum of 3V to 6V for VDD, with IDDQ scaling directly proportional to VDD. This gain block amplifier features low noise and a slightly positive gain slope to 2.5GHz frequency. The GRF2113 amplifier is ideal for high linearity applications from 50MHz to 4GHz frequency range. Other key features of this amplifier include high gain and outstanding linearity. The GRF2113 gain block amplifier comes in a compact 2mm x 2mm DFN-8 package. Typical applications include small cells and cellular repeaters, cellular infrastructure, ISM, VHF/UHF, and SATV.
