Texas Instruments SN74LV8T374/SN74LV8T374-Q1 Translating Octal D-Type Flip-Flops consist of eight D-type flip-flops with 3-state outputs and integrated-level translation. All channels share a rising-edge-triggered Clock (CLK) input and an active low Output Enable (OE) input, and the pinout is flow-through for easier bus routing. The input incorporates a low-threshold circuit, enabling translation when the supply voltage exceeds the input signal. The output logic level is always referenced to VCC, ensuring compatibility with multiple CMOS standards, including 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V. The SN74LV8T374/SN74LV8T374-Q1 flip-flops operate at a 1.65V to 5.5V wide supply voltage range, 5.5V-tolerant input pins, and support standard function pinout. These flip-flops are available in a wettable flank QFN package with latch-up performance exceeding 250mA per JESD 17. The SN74LV8T374-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include parallel data synchronization, parallel data storage, shift registers, and pattern generators.
