ams OSRAM OSLON® Signal High Power Signaling LEDs offer a broad color portfolio in a robust and reliable compact package of 3mm x 3mm². The OSLON Gen 2 Signaling LEDs feature ThinFilm and UX:3 chip technology allowing high efficiency and high flux output with brightness increased up to 46% compared to the first generation.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

OSLON® Signal LCB CRBP.01 LEDs

ams OSRAM OSLON® Signal LCB CRBP.01 LEDs emit converted blue color and feature 120° typical radiation and 8kV ESD withstand voltage. These LEDs come in a ceramic package for superior robustness and easy thermal management. The OSLON signal LCB CRBP.01 LEDs offer up to 1200mA forward current at stable driving conditions. The square package matches the optical center with the technical center. This provides easy clustering flexibility and high packing density for maximum flux density. The color bins are defined for best fit to most signaling norms. Typical applications include material processing, transportation, appliances and tools, projection and display, and factory automation.
