ADuM7702 16-bit Sigma-Delta Modulators

Analog Devices Inc. ADuM7702 16-bit Sigma-Delta Modulators utilize iCoupler^® technology to convert analog input signals to high-speed single-bit data streams with on-chip digital isolation. These modulators accept a pseudo-differential input signal of ±50mV (±64mV full-scale) and operate from a 4.5V to 5.5V power supply range (V_DD1). This pseudo-differential input is ideally suited to shunt voltage monitoring in high-voltage applications where galvanic isolation is required. The analog input of the ADuM7702 modulators is continuously sampled by a high-performance analog modulator. This input signal is then converted into a digital density output stream with a data rate of up to 21MHz.
