2.5mm Sealed Signal Double-Lock Connectors

TE Connectivity's (TE) 2.5mm Sealed Signal Double-Lock Connectors offer secondary locking safety combined with IP67-rated sealing protection. A space-saving 2.5mm centreline provides a compact design solution, while robust seals enable reliable performance in water-related or high humidity environments. Contacts are on a miniature 2.5mm centreline spacing and accept 26AWG to 20AWG wire. Rated up to 3A maximum per line, TE 2.5mm Sealed Signal Double Lock Connectors are designed to help ease manual assembly, including a snag-proof latch, polarised terminals and an optional terminal position assurance (TPA). Panel-mount and free-hanging configurations provide flexible design options for a range of applications. Cap and plug housings meet the glow wire test (+750°C, no flame) and UL 94V-0 requirements to meet global industry safety standards.

Certified Portable Crimping Tools

TE Connectivity's Certified Portable Crimping Tools are hand-operated tools for crimping a broad array of terminals, contacts, and special wiring devices. These tools are designed to exacting specifications to produce consistent, high-quality terminations. The CERTI-CRIMP portable tools come in seven basic styles and require minimal skills to operate. These tools feature ratchet control that provides a complete crimping cycle. The ratchet does not release until the handles are fully closed and the dies bottomed, eliminating partial crimps. The premium crimp tool is designed to crimp a variety of loose piece terminals. The tool features a fixed-in tool die and a non-releasable and a non-adjustable ratchet configuration. TE 2350391-1 CERTI-CRIMP II SAHT can be used with the 2.5mm Sealed Signal Double Lock Connectors.
