DW1000 Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Transceiver IC

Qorvo DW1000 Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Transceiver IC is a low-power transceiver IC compliant with IEEE 802.15.4-2011. The DW1000 can be used in two-way ranging or TDoA location systems to a precision of 10cm. This device supports data transfer at rates up to 6.8Mbps. The Qorvo DW1000 features an analog front end with a receiver and transmitter. The device has a digital back end that interfaces to an off-chip host processor. A TX/RX switch connects the receiver or transmitter to the antenna port. Temperature and voltage monitors are provided on-chip.
