Power Integrations 2SC0108T2F1-17 IGBT Driver is a low cost SCALE™-2+ dual driver that is designed for universal applications requiring high reliability. 2SC0108T2F1-17 drives all IGBT modules up to 600A/1200V or 450A/1700V and its embedded paralleling capability allows easy inverter design. The IGBT Driver is the most compact driver core available with a footprint of only 45mm x 34.3mm and a height of 16mm. 2SC0108T2F1-17 combines a two-channel driver core with all components required for driving such as a DC/DC converter, short-circuit protection and Soft Shut Down (SSD).
