The MASTERGAN1 SiP implements a high-power density power supply that integrates a gate driver and two enhancement-mode GaN transistors in a half-bridge configuration. The MASTERGAN2 is an advanced power SiP integrating a gate driver and two enhancement-mode GaN transistors in an asymmetrical half‑bridge configuration. The EVALMASTERGAN Demonstration Boards quickly create topologies without the need for a complete PCB design.
