BD83 Evaluation Boards

ROHM Semiconductor BD83 Evaluation Boards are used to evaluate the BD83 converters. The ROHM Semiconductor BD83 converters include the BD8316GWL step-up and inverted 2-channel switching regulator with integrated internal high-side MOSFET. The BD83 also includes the BD8303MUV with step-up/down output, including 3.3V/5V from one cell of lithium battery, four batteries, or two cells of Li batteries with just one inductor.
