AT89C51 8-Bit MCUs

Microchip Technology AT89C51 8-Bit MCUs offer low-power and high-performance with up to 32KB of flash programmable ROM and 512 bytes of RAM. The MCUs use Microchip high-density nonvolatile memory technology. The devices are compatible with the industry-standard 80C51 and 80C52 instruction set and pinout.
