Hyperlux AR0341AT 2.1μm 3MP CMOS Image Sensor

onsemi Hyperlux AR0341AT 2.1µm 3MP CMOS Image Sensor offers a 1/3.6" optical format and 1920 x 1536 pixel array at up to 60 frames per second (fps). This module comes equipped with the 2nd generation super-exposure pixel technology, achieving 150dB high dynamic range (HDR) with LED flicker mitigation (LFM). This technology enables the sensor to capture high-quality images under extreme lighting conditions without sacrificing lowlight sensitivity. The LFM feature also ensures that pulsed light sources do not appear to flicker, preventing flicker-induced machine vision issues. onsemi Hyperlux AR0341AT 2.1µm 3MP CMOS Image Sensor was designed following ASIL-C processes, and the sophisticated real-time safety mechanisms and fault detection features exceed ASIL-B hardware metrics. The AR0341AT module caters to sensing and viewing camera applications, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

AR0341 Hyperlux Image Sensor Power Tree

onsemi AR0341 Hyperlux Image Sensor Power Tree is a part of the Hyperlux family, which includes automotive-grade, ADAS, and AMR devices (3MP, 1/3.6" format). The power tree is designed to support three different input voltages starting from 5V, 18V, and 48V while enabling flexible powering through LDOs, Buck Converters, and a PMIC. It also provides power for onsemi's local ISP and remote ISP via the PMIC, ensuring optimized performance across diverse configurations.
