Comchip Technology, US1x-HF Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifiers feature a reverse voltage range of 50V to 1000V, a 1A forward current, and a maximum recovery time of 50ns to 80ns. These glass-passivated devices are offered in compact, low-profile, surface-mounted SMA/DO-214AC packages well suited for automated assembly.
