The QPA0106 is fabricated on a proprietary QGaN25 0.25µm GaN on Silicon Carbide (SiC) process and is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance with electrical specifications. The QPA0106 Amplifier is ideally used in wideband communication systems, electronic warfare, test instrumentation, and radar applications.
