NCP135 LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP135 Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators are 500mA VLDO equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (V_BIAS). These LDO regulators provide very stable, an accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. The NCP135 LDO regulators feature low I_Q consumption to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, smartphones, tablets, cameras, DVRs, STB, and camcorders.
