QPQ3500 BAW Filter Module

Qorvo QPQ3500 BAW Filter Module is an exceptionally high-performance BAW filter for sub-Band 42. This filter is housed in a compact 2.0mm x 1.6mm package for base station applications. Low insertion loss coupled with high attenuation makes this filter ideal for TDD macro cells and small cells. The Qorvo QPQ3500 is part of Qorvo’s extensive portfolio of RF BAW and SAW filters.

Drone Solutions

Qorvo Drone Solutions feature an extensive portfolio of RF components, power management, motor control, battery management, wireless connectivity, and force-sensor products. The advanced solutions include precise, real-time motor control to execute advanced algorithms. Sensorless control reduces the BOM and increases reliability, enabling precise, real-time motor control for higher efficiency and longer flight times. Accurate flight control prevents drone crashes by leveraging precise real-time 3D positioning and radar collision prevention. A long-range communication link between the drone and the controller, utilizing Qorvo GaAs LNAs and GaN PAs, extends the range. A small-form-factor single-chip BMSoC and intelligent PMICs for high-efficiency performance offer highly integrated power management solutions.
