TDK B573xV5 SMD 0603 NTC Thermistors feature 180mW maximum power and ±1%, ±3%, or ±5% resistance tolerance. This automotive series is offered in a 0603 (1608) EIA case size with a multilayer SMD NTC with inner electrodes and a nickel barrier termination. These modules provide high mechanical robustness, a short response time, and excellent long-term aging stability in high-temperature and high humidity environments. They have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C. Typical applications for TDK B573xV5 SMD 0603 NTC Thermistors are temperature measurement and compensation.
