CV-BP Vacuum Tools

Chip Quik CV-BP Vacuum Tools are designed for precision handling and placement of very small components. The probes feature static-dissipative, non-marking Delrin tips and offer multiple outer- and inner-diameter configurations to accommodate different part sizes. CV-BP tools support pick-and-place operations involving metal, plastic, and other parts with smooth, non-porous top surfaces. Each probe is ESD safe and rated for temperatures up to +100°C (+212°F), making the tools suitable for electronics assembly, rework, and laboratory environments where careful component handling is required. Chip Quik CV-BP Vacuum Tools come in nine size options, allowing users to select an appropriately sized vacuum tip for various miniature component-handling requirements.
