Analog Devices MAX22915 Industrial Octal High-Side Switch is an industrial output device with eight high-side switches. Each channel is specified to handle up to 1A (typ.) of continuous current, with an on-resistance of 120mΩ (typ.) and 250mΩ (max.) at 125°C.
