AURIX™ TC4x 32-bit TriCore™ Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC4x 32-bit TriCore™ Microcontrollers (MCUs) provide an upward migration path from Infineon's AURIX TC3x family of MCUs. The TC4x performance is boosted by the next-generation TriCore 1.8 and the scalable AURIX accelerator suite, including multiple smart accelerators and a parallel processing unit (PPU). The series delivers the performance, throughput, and flexibility needed to implement new E/E architectures.
