New Analogue & Digital IC Development Tools

Infineon Technologies DEMO_48V12_400W_GAN Evaluation Board is a buck demo board in a half-bridge configuration, featuring the CoolGaN™ Transistor 80V G3 (IGC025S08S1) for 48V to 12V. This evaluation board supports an input voltage range of 24V to 60V, an output of 12V, and a maximum power of 400W. The DEMO_48V12_400W_GAN evaluation board has a compact core design measuring 18mm x 29mm, while its overall dimensions, including the mounting brackets, are 47mm x 43mm. Multiple features of the controller can be explored by changing passives on the bottom side of the board. Typical applications include medium-voltage IBC and edge computing.
