The TO-247PLUS SMD package provides unparalleled performance in challenging conditions, paving the way for reliable, efficient, and cost-effective power semiconductor solutions. The 750V EDT2 discrete IGBTs in TO-247PLUS SMD packages allow reflow soldering resistance and non-delaminating design. This first-of-its-kind, delamination-free package features a TO-247 footprint and houses a 200A 750V IGBT co-packed with a 200A 750V diode in a 3-pin configuration. The 750V EDT2 discrete IGBTs are ideal for construction, commercial, Construction and Agricultural Vehicles (CAVs), trucks and buses, General Purpose Drives (GPDs), and motor drive applications.Features
