ISSI IS43/46TR 1-Gbit DDR3 SDRAM with ECC
ISSI IS43/46TR 1-Gbit DDR3 SDRAM with ECC delivers high-speed data transfer rates with frequencies up to 800MHz. Embedded Error Correcting Code (ECC) ensures little to no error tolerance. ECC detects and corrects bit errors on-the-fly and requires no monitoring or intervention to use. These IS43/46TR 1-Gbit DDR3 SDRAM with ECC operate at 1.5V ±0.075V.
The ISSI IS43/46TR 1-Gbit DDR3 SDRAM is available in a 64Mx16 and 128Mx8 organization with 96-ball and 78-ball FBGA packages. These are ideal for use in a wide range of automotive, medical, industrial, and other applications.
