Analog Devices Inc. ADF4368 Microwave Wideband Synthesizer
Analog Devices ADF4368 Microwave Wideband Synthesizer is a high-performance, ultra-low jitter, integer-N, and fractional-N Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) with integrated VCO. This microwave synthesizer generates an 800MHz to 12.8GHz output frequency range without an internal doubler and eliminates the need for sub-harmonic filters. The microwave synthesizer operates at a voltage of 3.3V and 5V, -40°C to 125°C junction temperature range, and is available in a 48-lead, 7mm x 7mm LGA package. This ADF4368 wideband synthesizer features 9dBm output power at 12.8GHz in a single-ended configuration with a 16-step power adjustment. Typical applications include wireless infrastructure (MC-GSM, 5G), test and measurement, aerospace, and defense.Features
