Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-LTC7063-AZ Evaluation Kit

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-LTC7063-AZ Evaluation Kit is a half-bridge driver that drives two N-channel MOSFETs. The PWM input control of the board is 5V logic compatible and controls both gate outputs, with one output being the complement of the other. EVAL-LTC7063-AZ provides several unpopulated PCB pads to help facilitate board customization for user applications. The integrated LTC7063 driver has a powerful 0.8Ω pull-down MOSFET driver and a 1.5Ω pull-up MOSFET driver. These devices drive two 150V N-channel MOSFETs. The LTC7063 gate drivers can drive MOSFETs with different ground references; however, this eval kit has the ground references committed.
