Analog Devices MAX11634-MAX11637 12-bit, 300ksps Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) offer an internal reference and true differential track/hold. These 12-bit ADCs feature on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging, and AutoShutdown™. The maximum sampling rate is 300ksps using an external clock. Analog Devices MAX11636 / MAX11637 devices have 8 input channels, while the MAX11634 / MAX11635 have 4 input channels. These modules operate from either a +3V supply or a +5V supply and contain a serial port compatible with 10MHz SPI™, QSPI™, and MICROWIRE™. These ADCs are specified over the extended -40°C to +85°C temperature range and are ideal for use in a variety of applications, including system supervision, data-acquisition systems, industrial control systems, and more.
