Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX25615 High-speed MOSFET Driver

Analog Devices MAX25615 High-speed MOSFET Driver is an AEC-Q100-qualified device optimized for automotive applications. The MAX25615 features independent source and sink outputs and can sink 7A and sourcing 3A peak currents. Inverting and noninverting inputs provide the MAX25615 with greater flexibility in controlling the MOSFET. The MAX25615 also features two separate outputs working in a complementary mode, offering flexibility in controlling turn-on and turn-off switching speeds.

The MAX25615 has internal logic circuitry that prevents shoot-through during output-state changes. The logic inputs are protected against voltage spikes up to +16V, regardless of V+ voltage. Propagation delay time is minimized and matched between the inverting and noninverting inputs. The MAX25615 MOSFET Driver has a very fast switching time and short propagation delays (12ns typical), making it ideal for high-frequency circuits. The IC operates from a +4V to +15.5V single power supply and typically consumes 0.5mA of supply current. The MAX25615 has standard TTL input logic levels.

The MAX25615 is offered in a lead(Pb)-free, RoHS-compliant, 6-pin SOT-23 package and operates over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
