Asahi Kasei Microdevices EWx Hall Effect ICs
Asahi Kasei Microdevices EWx Hall Effect ICs are magnetic sensors that detect magnetic fields and output digital signals. These ICs feature bipolar hall effect latch or unipolar hall effect switch, hall element continuous excitation, output open collector, and SMT or SIP switches. The Hall effect ICs comprise an ultra-high sensitive InSb Hall element and a signal processing IC chip in a SOT/SMT/SIP package. These ICs also feature a -40°C to 115°C operating temperature range, 12V typical operating supply voltage, and 6mA operating supply current. The EWx Hall effect ICs are ideally used for non-contact type switches, rotation, and position detection.Features
