Chemi-Con HXE Conductive Polymer Hybrid Capacitors are AEC-Q200 compliant and offer a 16VDC to 63VDC voltage range and a wide temperature range of -55°C to +135°C. These capacitors feature high reliability, ±20% capacitance tolerance, and endurance of 2000 to 4000 hours under ripple current at +135°C. Chemi-Con HXE capacitors are suitable for high temperature and high reliability applications, such as automotive and base station equipment.
