Diodes Incorporated AH371x High-Voltage Hall-Effect Latches

Diodes Incorporated AH371x High-Voltage Hall-Effect Latches are designed for the commutation of brushless DC motors, flow meters, and linear encoders/position sensors. These latches include six magnetic operation and release point variants (BOP and BRP) ranging from a typical ±25 to ±140 Gauss. The AH371x high-voltage hall-effect latches are available in industry standard packages SC59, SOT23 (Type S), and SIP-3 (bulk pack). These latches are also ideal for home appliances, industrial appliances, and Revolution Per Minute (RPM) measurements.

The AH371x hall-effect latches include open drain output and are resistant to physical stress. These latches operate at a 3V to 27V supply range and -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The AH371x hall-effect latches incorporate reverse blocking diodes, VDD and output Zener clamps, output current limiting, and high ESD ratings (8kV HBM and 1kV CDM).
