Infineon Technologies 24V_SHIELD_BTT6030 24V Arduino Shield
Infineon Technologies 24V_SHIELD_BTT6030 24V Arduino Shield is an evaluation board that allows for fast and inexpensive prototyping of 24V load driving. The 24V_SHIELD_BTT6030 can be used in stand-alone and microcontroller (MCU) mode and can be controlled by Arduino-compatible MCU boards and with XMC™ Microcontroller Kits. The shield is easy to use and fully configurable for different kinds of loads. The 24V_SHIELD_BTT6030 is equipped with three PROtected High-Side Power MOSFETs. The MOSFETs are from the PROFET™+ 24V family (2x BTT6030-2EKA, 1x BTT6020-1EKA) with five 24V channels in total.Features
- 2x BTT6030-2EKA Smart High-Side Power Switch
- 1x BTT6020-1EKA Smart High-Side Power Switch
- Compatible with Arduino microcontroller boards and Infineon XMC Microcontroller Kits using the Arduino form factor
- Capable of PWM up to 400Hz
- Driver circuit with logic level inputs
- Diagnosis with current sense
- Protection of load and driver circuit e.g. against overtemperature, overcurrent, ESD
- Fast and inexpensive prototyping of 24V load driving
- Load diagnosis with current sense capability
- Overtemperature shut down with latch behavior
Applications
- Drive resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads with PWM or DC
- 8V to 36V nominal input voltage (max. 5V to 48V)
- Nominal current up to 5A per channel restricted due to PCB (BTT6020-1EKA nominal current: 7A)
