Infineon Technologies AIROC™ CYW55513/2/1 Wi-Fi® & BLUETOOTH® SoCs
Infineon Technologies AIROC™ CYW55513/2/1 Wi-Fi® and BLUETOOTH® SoCs provide robust, reliable, and secure wireless connectivity. The Infineon Technologies AIROC CYW55513/2/1 consists of low-power, single-chip devices that support 1x1 single-stream, tri-band (CYW55513), dual-band (CYW55512), and single-band (CYW55511) Wi-Fi 6/6E. These chips are IEEE 802.11ax-compliant and support BLUETOOTH 5.4.
With up to 1024 QAM MCS11 in 20MHz channels, the devices deliver up to 143Mbps PHY rates. The CYW55513/2/1 provides excellent range and coverage, offering up to 24dBm transmit power and sensitivity down to -101.5dBm. The SoCs also include Wi-Fi 6/6E features like HR ER-PPDU, longer guard intervals, long OFDM symbols, and dual-carrier modulation (DCM), along with Infineon’s improvements for legacy devices. SDIO and gSPI interfaces allow connectivity with A-Class (Linux/Android) and M-Class (RTOS) host processors.
