KEMET Goldmax 300 High Voltage X7R & C0G MLCCs

KEMET Goldmax 300 High Voltage X7R and C0G MLCCs are ideal for a range of industries, including telecommunications, medical, military, aerospace, semiconductor, and test/diagnostic equipment. These conformally coated, radial leaded ceramic capacitors feature an X7R or C0G dielectric and a 125°C maximum operating temperature. The EIA characterizes the X7R dielectric as a Class II "temperature stable" material and the C0G dielectric as a Class I "stable" material. KEMET Goldmax 300 High Voltage X7R and C0G MLCCs have lead spacing ranging from 0.100" to 0.400" and DC voltage ratings from 500V to 3KV DC. Typical applications include switch-mode power supplies (input filters, resonators, tank circuits, snubber circuits, output filters), high voltage coupling and DC blocking, lighting ballasts, voltage multiplier circuits, DC/DC converters, and coupling capacitors in Ćuk converters.
