Littelfuse TP1KSMB-FL FlatSuppressX™ TVS Diodes
Littelfuse TP1KSMB-FL FlatSuppressX™ TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These diodes provide superior surge protection, maintaining a flat and stable clamping voltage through their advanced foldback I‑V characteristics. The TP1KSMB-FL TVS diodes deliver 1000W peak pulse power capability using a 10/1000µs waveform and 5W power dissipation on an infinite heat sink (TL=50°C). These diodes offer excellent clamping capability with low clamping voltage and fast response times, typically below 1ps. The TP1KSMB-FL TVS diodes are AEC‑Q101 qualified, ensuring high reliability for automotive and other demanding environments.
The TP1KSMB-FL TVS diodes are available in the DO‑214AA (SMB J-Bend) package, optimizing board space for compact designs. These diodes operate from -65°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in automotive electronics.
