Menlo Micro MM5620 & MM5622 Evaluation Kits

Menlo Micro MM5620 and MM5622 Evaluation Kits are user-friendly boards that provide access to the HSx and MSx channels of the MM5620/MM5622, excluding the LSx channels. The LS pins (LS1A, LS1B, LS2A, and LS2B) are connected to the ground via 50Ω resistors, preventing any testing of the LS port signals with this kit. The PCB's top layer houses the RF traces and is made from a low-loss dielectric material.

The attached board with RF lines is not suitable for VNA calibration. It is designed to model equal-length RF lines and basic amplitude de-embedding can be done by measuring the 2X thru lines for a relative insertion loss measurement. For convenience, the kit is powered and controlled via a USB connection, eliminating the need for an external power supply.
