Mikroe MIKROE-6056 Opto Encoder 5 Click is a compact add-on board designed for highly accurate and precise non-contact switching. The Mikroe MIKROE-6056 features the TT Electronics OPB666N Photologic® slotted optical switch, ensuring excellent performance and reliability. The board includes an 890nm infrared LED and a monolithic integrated circuit with a photodiode, linear amplifier, and Schmitt trigger, all powered by a 5V supply from the mikroBUS™ power rail. The versatile and easy-to-use MIKROE-6056 uses an NPN open-collector output and is TTI/LST TL compatible. The board supports 3.3V and 5V logic levels, making it compatible with various microcontrollers.
