Mitsubishi Electric DIPIPM+™ Modules
Mitsubishi Electric DIPIPM+™ Modules are all-in-one intelligent power modules equipped with a three-phase converter, brake circuit, and inverter circuit. With a built-in converter+inverter+brake (CIB), the modules help reduce system size and design costs, resulting in a total cost reduction. Mitsubishi Electric DIPIPM+ Modules offer a built-in bootstrap diode (BSD) with a withstand voltage of 1200V for reliability. The DIPIPM+ series also features a lower PCB inductance pattern, reducing noise, design time, and countermeasure parts required for noise reduction.
