Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MID06W0505A Regulated Isolated DC-DC Converters support 4.5V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) applications across a -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range. MID06W0505A devices offer excellent load/line regulation and support up to 0.6W output power (POUT). The devices integrate a power MOSFET, transformer, and feedback (FB) circuit all in one chip. These small solutions provide high reliability compared to traditional isolated power modules. Full protection features include short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), and over-temperature protection (OTP). The MPS MID06W0505A DC-DC Converters require a minimal number of readily available, standard external components and are available in a low-profile, wide-body SOICW-16 package.
