Nuvoton M481 NuMicro® Base Microcontrollers (MCUs)
Nuvoton M481 NuMicro® Base Microcontrollers (MCUs) are high-performance and low-power MCUs embedded with up to 192MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, delivering 1.25DMIPS per MHz. These MCUs feature 512KB/256KB/128KB zero-wait state Flash memory, 160KB/128KB/64KB SRAM, 16-channel peripherals DMA controller, and 80 bytes of battery-powered backup registers. The M481 MCUs include a factory pre-loaded bootloader that delivers secure boot functionality to provide the code integrity check in embedded Flash memory. These MCUs are equipped with high-speed UART/SPI/I2C/PWM peripherals. The M481 MCUs consist of built-in secure protection ROM that provides a safe space for saving confidential data or programs. These MCUs are used in IoT devices and data controller applications.Features
