NXP Semiconductors TWR-MCF51JF / TWR-MCF51QM Tower Modules and Kits

NXP Semiconductor TWR-MCF51JF and TWR-MCF51QM Tower Modules can function as standalone, low-cost platforms for the evaluation of the ColdFire+ MCF51JU and MCF51JF microcontroller (MCU) devices and the ColdFire+ MCF51QU, MCF51QH, MCF51QF, and MCF51QM MCU devices. The TWR-MCF51JF and TWR-MCF51QM feature a ColdFire+ 32-bit MCU built on the Version1 (V1) ColdFire® core and enabled by innovative 90nm thin-film storage (TFS) flash process technology with FlexMemory. NXP TWR-MCF51JF and TWR-MCF51QM modules are also available as Tower kits with the Tower Elevator Modules and the Tower Prototyping Module. These modules can also be combined without NXP Tower peripheral modules to create development platforms for a wide variety of applications.

It is also available as the TWR-MCF51QM-KIT complete Tower kit that includes the TWR-MCF51QM along with TWR-ELEV elevator modules and a TWR-PROTO prototyping module. The NXP TWR-MCF51QM features the MCF51QM, a ColdFire+ 32-bit MCU built on the Version 1 (V1) ColdFire® core and enabled by innovative 90nm thin-film storage (TFS) flash process technology with FlexMemory. The MCF51Qx families offer a rich combination of additive peripherals, including high-precision analog, hardware encryption, an innovative touch-sensing interface (TSI), and more.
