Omron Industrial Automation ER5018 Compact Rope Pull Emergency Stop Switches
Omron Industrial Automation ER5018 Compact Rope Pull Emergency Stop Switches are safety interlock switches with a compact size that allows the switches to be used on smaller machines with a 40mm mounting width and covering rope spans up to 40m. The Omron Industrial Automation ER5018 Compact Rope Pull Emergency Stop Switches feature a tension indicator that makes the system easy to set up and maintain the proper rope tension. The IP67 (NEMA 6) enclosure enables ER5018 switches to withstand water washdown cleaning, while the heavy-duty housing makes the series suitable for demanding industrial applications. An optional E-stop provides emergency stopping at the extreme end of the installation. A blue reset button must be pushed to return to the "machine run" condition following switch actuation by a pulled or slacked rope. ER5018 includes snap-acting switch contacts that protect against nuisance tripping due to vibration.Features
