onsemi NCP170 CMOS LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP170 CMOS LDO Regulators are designed specifically for portable battery-powered applications that require ultra-low quiescent current. The NCP170 has ultra-low consumption (500nA Typ.) that ensures long battery life. A dynamic transient boost feature improves device transient response for wireless communication applications. onsemi NCP170 are available in small 1mm x 1mm xDFN4 and SOT-563 packages.
