Power Integrations 1SP0635V2M1-33 Single Channel Fiber IGBT Driver is a compact, high-performance, plug-and-play device based on SCALE™-2 technology for individual and parallel connected modules in 2-level, 3-level, and multilevel converter topologies. 1SP0635V2M1-33 is designed for 3300V 130mm x 140mm and 190mm x 140mm IGBT modules. The device has a master driver 1SP0635x2M1-33 that has a fiber-optic interface with a built-in DC/DC power supply. Power Integrations 1SP0635V2M1-33 Single Channel Fiber IGBT Driver can be used as a stand-alone driver or with up to three 1SP0635V2M1-33 slaves.Features
