Qorvo QPC2420 0.02GHz to 30GHz SOI SPDT Switch is an ultra‑wideband Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) single‑pole, double‑throw (SPDT) reflective switch designed for demanding RF applications. Operating across the 0.02GHz to 30GHz frequency range, the QPC2420 supports up to 2W of input power handling using 0V / +3V control voltages. The Qorvo QPC2420 delivers low insertion loss of 1.5dB or less and provides greater than 40dB isolation at 30GHz, making the switch well‑suited for high‑isolation switching requirements in both commercial and defense systems. The device is housed in a compact 2.25mm × 2.25mm flip‑chip laminate‑based package, which, combined with the device's minimal DC power consumption, enables straightforward integration into space‑constrained RF designs.
