Renesas Electronics RA0E1 Microcontrollers feature the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core with low power consumption and optimized peripherals. These microcontrollers support up to 64KB of code flash, 12KB of SRAM memory, and operate within a voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V. The RA0E1 package lineup ranges from 16- to 32-pins, with flash memory sizes from 32KB to 64KB, including smaller QFN (3mm x 3mm) options. These microcontrollers offer pin and peripheral compatibility with the popular RA2E1 Arm MCU, providing flexibility for software and hardware designers. The RA0E1 microcontrollers boasts low power consumption, optimized peripherals, and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for budget-conscious applications.
