ROHM Semiconductor BD7F100 and BD7F200 Isolated Flyback Converters are optocoupler-less converters featuring a small size and high reliability. ROHM BD7F100 and BD7F200 converters allow for the output voltage to be set by two external resistors and the transformer turn ratio, eliminating the need for an optocoupler or a transformer tertiary winding.The BD7F100 and BD7F200 flyback converters use original adapted Type ON-Time control technology for high-speed load response that renders external phase compensation parts unnecessary. ROHM Semiconductor BD7F100 and BD7F200 converters are designed for industrial equipment isolated power supply applications.
