ROHM Semiconductor BR24G64 I2C BUS EEPROMs are 64K-bit-serial EEPROMs with an I2C BUS interface. All controls are available by 2 ports of the serial clock (SCL) and serial data (SDA). The device features a 1.6V to 5.5V wide limit of operating voltage, with a possible 1MHz operation.
