Gigavac GV200 Series EPIC® Hermetic Sealed DC Contactors
Gigavac GV200 Series EPIC® Hermetic Sealed DC Contactors are high-efficiency dual coils featuring low 12VDC, 24VDC, or 48VDC continuous-coil power with no EMI emissions or cross-talk. These devices are designed to meet UL1604 for Class I and II, Div 2, and Class III for use in hazardous locations and SAE J1171 external ignition protections. The GV200 Series contactors are IP67-rated for temporary water immersion for up to 30 minutes and feature ISO8846 for protection against ignition around flammable gasses. Additionally, these hermetically sealed DC contactors meet CE Conformance standards and are UL508 Recognized.The GV200 Series EPIC® DC contactors are not position-sensitive and can be mounted in any position for ease of installation. These devices come with built-in coil suppression for all DC coils, saving time and parts cost to add external coil suppression. The GV200 contactors exhibit stainless steel nuts and mounting inserts and are ideal for battery-powered systems or where low power is needed. PWM coil options provide additional drive control flexibility.
